- Got to love it. First, he has insurance, and his truck was stolen, so it goes as no fault of his own. The Reward moeny is for information leading to the Arrest and ultimate conviction. Here is the problem, at the time of the carjacking, they were already in pursuit.

- A DNR applies to ANY situation. You can carry a DNR care with you, if an emergency services crew see's it, they are to cease all activity immediately. They can also be sued for performing CPR on a person, knowing they have a standing DNR.
